Kingdom Culture

The Real Influencers change the culture of today for the Kingdom of God. God is trying to cultivate His Kingdom in us so that we may influence the communities that we’re in. On earth as it is in heaven is our goal for kingdom culture.

“We are in the world but not of the world…” John 15:18-19

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is not optional for us. When we stop forgiving, we stop spiritually growing. We are never more like Jesus than when we are forgiving someone who’s hurt us. This is the first attribute of our kingdom culture is forgiveness. We forgive because we know we’ve been forgiven.

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God has forgiven you” Ephesians 4:32

Unity

The favor of God is found in unity. Our desire is to be in perfect unity with the Holy Spirit, which brings us into unity with one another! We understand that unity pleases the Lord and unity ushers in the presence of God. In Acts 2, the Bible says they were in one accord and the Holy Spirit came to them. When we’re in one accord we can encounter the presence of God together for great and mighty wonders He wants to do in a believer’s life.

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” Psalm 133:1

Sabbath

We are committed to honor the Sabbath. We set apart one day a week and keep it holy unto the Lord as a body of believers. The sabbath was made for us to rest, heal and hear God. Jesus said the sabbath was made for man and not man for the sabbath, meaning when we set apart consecrated time for God there is a holiness and refreshment that overcomes our lives as we honor Him. It is not for us to be under the law but for us to have a holy day dedicated to God that is intentional. We embrace the sabbath when we choose to rest in the presence of God and enjoy the life He created for us. God rested the seventh day to enjoy His creation. This is how we honor that as believers in our free will by spending time with Jesus and giving thanksgiving for the new life He’s given us.

“There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from His.” Hebrews 4:9-10

Joshua 1:9

“Be bold. Be brave. Be courageous.”
